Each week a different dish is featured from Matt Manning and team’s deeply delicious bar menu, and expertly paired with a glass of wine. Think wild mushroom risotto; rib eye steak with pepper jus and fries; or pan fried linefish with baby potatoes and mussel velouté. Whenever you visit, the dish of the week is bound to warm the cockles, and you might well be inspired to make it a weekly date so as not to miss a thing this winter.
