Its brand-new offering, The Glasshouse, helmed by executive chef Michélle Theron, offers a concise winter lunch menu of contemporary casual food befitting the easygoing (and easy-on-the-eye) space. Mains include venison and lamb ragout with homemade pappardelle pasta; Cape fish potjie; garlic-and almond-crusted chicken; and Cape Malay vegetable curry. Should you opt for three courses, the caramel banana oatmeal pudding with baked ginger-scented custard is a must-try.
