Kleine Zalze Friday Night Burger Special: R125 for The Works

Known for its relaxed, down-to-earth approach to enjoying good, honest food paired with fine wine, Kleine Zalze’s Friday Burger Night is a delicious way to end the week. Chef Nic van Wyk brings the same culinary creativity to burger patties as he does to his blackboard specials – recent options have included buttermilk-marinated crumbed chicken breast with coleslaw, and harissa-marinated lamb rump with red-onion pickle and smoky aubergine.
