Taste Stellenbosch: Restaurant Month in the City of Oaks

Stellenbosch has already captured our food-loving hearts with a slew of exciting new openings this year. From fine restaurants to casual eateries and cool wine bars, the historic centre of the City of Oaks is rocking its culinary crown.

If you haven’t visited recently, now’s the time – August is officially restaurant month. Taste Stellenbosch Food & Wine runs from 1 to 31 August 2022, with a mouth-watering menu of participating restaurants ramping up their winter-special offerings.

Says acclaimed chef Bertus Basson, who is thoroughly embracing the spirit of the restaurant month at four of his restaurants, with 50% discounts at each: “Stellenbosch and surrounds have so much to offer as a culinary destination, and restaurant month is another opportunity to showcase our epicurean offerings and seasonal specials to visitors from far and wide.”

The 24 participating restaurants and wine bars on Taste Stellenbosch have a diverse choice of specials from two- or three-course winter menus, to mains with complimentary wine pairings, and some exceptional discounts worth booking ahead for.

Get a generous 50% discount on your five-course dinner on Wednesdays.
