The Nines Sunday Jazz Lunch: R595 for 2 Courses + Cocktails

Dressed to the nines, it’s all about taking things to the top at Sea Point’s ninth-floor rooftop restaurant, with spectacular views over the city and ocean. Add a plush cocktail lounge with leather couches and a huge deck extending out from the restaurant, and you have the ideal setting for a languid Sunday lunch to the mellow sounds of live jazz.
For this special Sunday Jazz series, diners may choose two or three courses from the short set menu, paired with a crafted cocktail. Think seafood arborio supplì or aged beef carpaccio for starters, paired with a limoncello spritzer; grilled sea bass and bouillabaisse; aged hanger sirloin with celeriac and truffle; or roast chicken with ricotta dumplings for mains, paired with a tequila-based Berry and Ember Fizz. And a dessert of molten chocolate or date pudding with a whisky and rum Smashin’ Peaches.
Good to know Live jazz plays from 1.30pm – 4.30pm. An à la carte menu is also available.
