Pack your long lenses, spare camera batteries and SD cards (or a fridge-full of film) for this photo expedition of a lifetime. With your personal, photo-friendly AS350 helicopter as your wings, you can reach the highest mountaintops and wildest valleys of the Western Cape to capture the landscape photos of your dreams. The ultimate heli adventure, your tailor-made photography tour is designed according to your photo-wishes. Take along a photographer guide, who together with your pilot will whisk you right off the beaten track to rarely seen gems of locations often only accessible by air.
The sky’s the limit

Your photo safari (and we’re talking the original ‘journey’ definition of the word here) can last one day or five: explore deep into South Africa’s hinterland (overnighting at remote five-star lodges and hotels), or embrace an intense one-day experience in scenic regions closer to Cape Town, such as the Cederberg, Cape Agulhas or the West Coast. Expect two or three hours of flying per day with plenty of downtime at secret locations, chosen for their dramatic scenery, to capture different lights and soak up every nuance, perspective and angle.
Your best shot

Each photo expedition is tailored to your photography priorities, making it a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Allow a minimum of seven days’ notice (longer is needed to plan more complex itineraries, especially those that involve overnight stays). The helicopter can accommodate 3-4 guests depending on weight (they prefer a maximum of 3 when flying in high mountains).
A never to be forgotten opportunity to capture your wildest photographic dreams.

Cost R40 000 per flight hour (a minimum of two hours per day) includes exclusive use of helicopter and pilot.
Photographic guide: R7 500 per day (optional)
