Tandem Paragliding: The Best Way to See Cape Town

Tandem Paragliding Cape Town

Soar high above the Mother City…

Cape Town is one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Fact. So, what better way to experience the extraordinary scenery from mountain to sea than with an adrenaline-pumping adventure? Tandem paragliding requires no special skills or fitness levels, but gives you major bragging rights and memories you’ll talk about for a lifetime.

Three, two, one… go!
Tandem Paragliding Cape Town

On the day of your Cape Town adventure, you’ll meet the crew at the end of Signal Hill Drive or at Lion’s Head parking (depending on the weather and wind conditions), where they will take you through some pre-flight guidelines.

Helmet on, you will then be clipped in securely and attached to an instructor, who’ll walk a few steps with you… off the side of the mountain… and into thin air! Once airborne, all you have to do is sit back, relax and enjoy the views as you glide (maximum 40km/hour) before landing on Sea Point’s popular Promenade.

Flights last between five and 30 minutes, depending on the wind. Afterwards, you’ll be driven back to the parking area where you started.

Good to know Minimum age is 14 years, maximum weight is 135kg. Your experience can be filmed and photographed for an extra fee (pre-booked).
