Inspiration “Passion, drive, focus, and support. Working with Christophe Dehosse at The Kraal. It is my family, my drive, my focus, passion and support. Everything we do at The Kraal is close to my heart – we want people to get together and have a great lazy lunch together. With the food we cook and bring to the table, we bring childhood memories of sitting together and sharing a meal. We remember ‘ouma se regte boerekos’ – family-style goodness.”
