Lorianne Heyns

Trained in Franschhoek and, after a stint in London learning kitchen basics, returned to South Africa to study further before joining Edgar Osojnik at Buitenverwachting. Stints at The Cellars-Hohenort with David Godin, and at The Showroom with Bruce Robertson followed. After exploring the wild at Singita, she returned to the Cape to join Spier as the executive chef.
