Located on Klein Joostenberg farm, the Bistro is a favourite spot to pop in for a meeting or catch-up, and delights patrons with its menu based on fresh, seasonal ingredients. Whether you’re seated on the stoep under the shade of the vines or inside, next to the massive fireplace, you’re guaranteed a generous portion of comfort food with a sprinkle of French flair. On Wednesdays, the plat du jour (dish of the day) changes weekly but includes classics such as coq au vin; pork, bean and chorizo casserole; and linefish cakes with chips and aïoli. The estate’s organic wines can be enjoyed with your meal, too, by the glass or bottle.
