Brought to you by Matt Manning, chef-patron of the wildly popular Grub & Vine bistro on Bree Street, this cool and contemporary Chef’s Studio is neatly housed on the second floor of the same building as his restaurant.
Thirty-one-year-old UK-born Matt, who cut his teeth in Michelin-starred restaurants under the likes of Marcus Wareing and superstar celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay, conceived of the studio as a space to host his interactive cooking classes.
Guided by either Matt or a consummate guest chef, the classes allow participants to assist in the preparation of multi-course gourmet meal, during which they’ll gain fresh, new insights into the art of cooking, and pick up some nifty tricks of the trade. And, once preparation is complete, guests get to sit down and enjoy the fruits of their labour.
Courses on offer include One Ingredient; How To Cook; and the Masterclasses (given by Matt or a guest chef).
