Inspiration “SA’s beautiful produce and the creativity and curiosity of my Grub & Vine team, who are always concocting new dishes and flavour combinations. I believe it’s important to eat out at every available opportunity – both locally and internationally – to expose yourself to other styles, flavour combinations and possibilities to aid in your creativity as a chef.”
